I’ve been happy with Lawn Doctor so far. Their office personnel is friendly, polite and always looking to help. Never had a bad experience talking to them. I talked with Cassie today and she was very nice. She even followed up with an email confirming my next appointment. I also had a great experience with their technician, Jessielee. She was servicing the house across the street and I was trying to mow before she got to my house. She came over and told me not to rush, that she had other houses that she needed to service and would come back later. It was a nice gesture and showed she cared about my service and lawn. Jessielee also gave me some pointers and explained why it was important for me not to mow after she came. I was impressed and very appreciative. ~ John S

Jon B what is the technician that came to my house this time and I can say he’s probably the best technician from lawn doctor I’ve EVER had come lay fertilizer down on my property!!! This is now my second property that I used lawn doctor for. He paid attention to detail and I watched very closely from inside my house. He even took out a leaf blower at the end and walked around my property and blew away any debris that he could with it. I’ve never seen a technician ever do that before ( maybe they’re supposed to and whoever has been servicing my property has been slacking I don’t know) but I have to say I was very impressed and I hope they keep sending Jon B to my house! ~ Alicia P

I spoke with D’Andre when he arrived at my house this morning. I showed him where the nutsedge weed has taken over my front yard. After spraying the weed control, he told me I would need some follow up to get rid of the nuts edge. I believe he took some pictures of how prevalent it is. It would have been easy for him to just leave without saying anything. Because of D’Andre’s action, I am hopeful that my front lawn will be fixed. I give D’Andre the highest rating. I hope he is assigned my lawn again. I was thinking of canceling my lawn service, but D’Andre has changed my mind. I am more confident that Lawn Doctor will fix my lawn. ~ Bob B

We’ve lived in our current home for 15 years, and our lawn has always been green and healthy thanks to our own care. However, about 18 months ago, we started noticing the grass dying, with many dead roots and holes appearing throughout the yard. Concerned, we contacted Lawn Doctor for help. Lauren was amazing—she guided us through the entire process and asked us to send pictures and videos to assess the situation. After reviewing everything, they found active grubs in our lawn. Grubs are the larval stage of Japanese beetles, and they feed on the roots of turf grass, which can cause serious damage in a very short time. A week later, we received a text with our service date. Technician Wayne came out and did an excellent job with the first application. We’re already feeling hopeful and excited to see our lawn begin to recover. I started with the Lawn Doctor services towards the end of last season, culminating with a seeding in the fall. I have done some of my own seeding in the past and was amazed at how much of the Lawn Doctor seed germinated - much more then when I did it myself. It looks great coming back up in the spring - except for few patches the technician said might need to be redone - at no cost since it is guaranteed! I'm looking forward to seeing how much better my lawn is this year with a full season of Lawn Doctor! ~ Jim L

Jim and Brady were great. They came over to do aeration with some over seeding and they did a great job. They were very nice, courteous, professional and patient with all my questions. They took the time to answer all my questions, gave me advice to keep my yard looking good. They were thorough, worked hard and did an excellent job. Off to a great start with Lawn Doctor and our service technician Al. He spent considerable time understanding the scope of our property and our needs and advised us of his plans for lawn care. Obsessed with lawn doctor. So responsive, staff is so kind and flexible on payment options and adding and canceling services. After two years, our anemic, balding, brown lawn is now lush, filled and free of grubs! Jim and Brady were here just this week for overseeding while I was at work and the called to double check if I wanted parking areas and a landscaped section covered too, and didn't complain that I forgot all the lawn furniture out that they neatly stored to the side. Have been a Lawn Doctor customer for over 5 years. They are very communicative as to the service(s) to be provided, respective timeframe and estimated costs. Due to severe dry summer 2022, recently needed LD to complete aeration and overseeding service. - they were most attentive to my requests and our lawn. The technicians (Mike & Brian) arrived as scheduled, were dressed professionally, knowledgeable of lawn issues, and responsive to my concerns/questions. Highly recommend Lawn Doctor ! ~ James B

Great service by Alex and Lawn Doctor team. When they arrived and started the work one of the aeration machines was not working property. Alex informed me of the problem and assured me they would be back shortly with another machine. Sure enough, they were back within an hour and finished the job. The team was very polite, and went about their job in a professional manner. Nicely done, Lawn Doctor! ~ David C

Thank you Brendan Litchfield for applying my Lawncare #2 treatment today and providing tailored service for my property. I was appreciative that you acknowledged seeing some weeds in my lawn but, confirmed that the weed treatment would burn the lawn if applied today in the sun and temperatures being in the mid-90s. You advised that you would come back in a week or two to apply the weed service once the temperatures dropped. ~ Mark F

Al came today to service my lawn. He’s just the type of technician I need! He asked me about my property, because I have an extra lot, which I don’t treat. I showed him the perimeters of the property, he told me what he was putting down, and he reminded me of cleaning my Labrador’s paws after the service. He was very personable. Our lawn technician, Dan, did a great job for our first service on Monday, 4/8. He introduced himself, we walked the property to identify areas of concern, he carefully applied the chemicals and even used a blower to clean up our walkways and patio at the end of his servicing. Jon B. Did the recent application of lime & fertilizer. Very pleased with Lawn Doctor - my lawn has greatly improved with the services of Lawn Doctor. Initially grubs had taken over front yard - takes time to restore but such an improvement in a few years. (Abington has a water ban which slowed down the process). Customer service has been very good - in the office & with lawn staff. ~ Ann C

Jessie, the lawn technician was at my home approximately around 7am this morning. It was extremely frigid but Jessie made sure my entire lawn was completely covered. Also Jessie did a Great Job cleaning up any material getting on Driveway and Walkway. I am a new customer with The Lawn Doctor and the first application went very well and I am pleased. ~ Paul M

Lawn Doctor are professional and do good work for a reasonable price. If you don’t like weeds and care about the health of your lawn this is the place for you. My recent tech Jon B came out and we discussed my emerging weed issue. He took his time and applied some weed killer to the affected areas and did a great job! Weeds are wilting and dying off!
